Warranty Work Policy at Lauf Equipment
At Lauf Equipment, we are proud to support the products we sell and stand behind every piece of equipment that leaves our lot. When warranty issues arise, we are here to help — but in order to begin any warranty work, a valid Purchase Order (PO) must be on record.
For Equipment Purchased from Lauf Equipment
If you purchased your equipment directly from Lauf Equipment, good news — we already have your purchase order on file. There’s no need to provide anything additional. Our service team will be able to verify your purchase internally and proceed with warranty diagnostics and repairs without delay.
For Equipment Purchased Elsewhere
If your equipment was purchased from another dealer or retailer, we kindly ask that you provide:
- A copy of the original purchase order or proof of purchase
- Any relevant serial numbers or warranty registration documents
Warranty work cannot begin until this documentation is submitted and verified.
How to Submit Documentation
If you need to provide purchase information, you can:
- Upload it through our online service request form

- Bring a printed copy when dropping off your equipment
