Rick Lepper

Rick has been with Lauf Equipment since 2021. Before he came to work at Lauf Equipment he worked on Semi Trucks. He has also been doing work on farm equipment since the young age of 15. Rick lives in Eldon with his wife Jamie and their three children. Rick keeps a positive attitude and is great to have as an employee at Lauf Equipment.
